Upon completion of his undergraduate studies at the University of North Texas in 1992, Mr. Sikes attended Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law and was awarded his Juris Doctor in 1995. He initially honed his legal skills with a clerkship under a judge on the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas from 1995 to 1996. Mr. Sikes is admitted to practice before all state courts in Texas as well as before the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 5th Circuit.
