Based in Cincinnati, Ohio, Dominic Capano is a reliable advocate working at Hilliard Law’s mass torts teams. Earning his bachelor’s degree in political science and business legal studies from Miami University, Mr. Capano proceeded to attend the University of Cincinnati Donald P. Klekamp College of Law, where he was an active member of moot court and earned his J.D. in 2019. Having been licensed to practice law in Ohio since 2019, he leverages his academic foundation and competitive courtroom experience to enhance the effectiveness and quality of his current legal practice.

Previously practicing at a civil litigation firm, Mr. Capano represented both plaintiffs and defendants across complex commercial and employment litigation matters. He successfully navigated high-stakes cases involving employment discrimination, construction disputes and breach of contract. Additionally, he protected corporate and individual assets by litigating intricate defamation, noncompete, trade secret and insurance defense claims, proving his versatility and sharp strategic acumen in the courtroom.
