As the founder of The Hart Law Firm, P.C., David G. Hart represents clients in the Fort Worth, Arlington and Dallas metropolitan areas and throughout Texas. Focusing his practice in the area of personal injury law, he helps people who have been injured in all manner of accidents, including motor vehicle accidents and defective product accidents.
Mr. Hart graduated cum laude from Abilene Christian University in 1983 and went to law school at Texas Tech University School of Law, graduating in 1986. He continued his legal education by attending the Temple University Beasley School of Law, earning a Master of Laws degree and graduating with honors, in 2013. He is admitted to practice law in Texas state courts and all four federal district courts and in Texas, as well as in front of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 5th Circuit. He has been certified as a civil trial advocate by the National Board of Trial Advocacy and as a specialist in personal injury trial law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.
His professionalism and hard work have earned Mr. Hart recognition from his peers in the legal profession and from the community at large. Among other honors he has received, the attorney peer review service Martindale-Hubbell gave him its highest rating, AV Preeminent.*
In addition to his practice, Mr. Hart maintains memberships in a number of legal organizations, including The College of Master Advocates & Barristers, the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, the American Board of Trial Advocates and the American Association for Justice. Outside of personal injury law, Mr. Hart pursues his interest in martial arts as a black belt in American Kenpo.
