Board certified as a family law specialist by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization, Ms. Smith assists with a wide range of issues involving divorce, marital agreements, child support, parenting time, adoptions, alimony, restraining orders, grandparents’ rights and post-decree modifications.

At the University of Houston, Ms. Smith completed her Bachelor of Arts degree in humanities (pre-law). To further her knowledge in mediation strategies, Ms. Smith earned her Master of Law degree at the Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution – Pepperdine University School of Law.
