Within a relatively short period of time, N.T. (Tina) Markham has emerged as a rising leader in her legal community, showcasing her deft legal advocacy and talents in every case she takes on. Ms. Markham completed her undergraduate studies in 2010, graduating with her bachelor’s degree in criminal justice from Sam Houston State University. She went on to pursue a higher education at her alma mater, earning her Master of Science degree in criminal justice in 2014. While completing her higher studies, she worked full-time at a local nonprofit organization in Texas, where she was involved in administration, programming and customer service.
With a desire to make a career move, Ms. Markham worked as a legal secretary for the Bloodworth Law Firm, P.L.L.C., and seeing the impact the attorneys had on people who needed judicious counsel, she enrolled at the Mitchell Hamline School of Law. During her time in law school, her academic prowess garnered acclaim with her professors, which led to her inclusion in the dean’s list and nomination for the Burton Award. She received her Juris Doctor in 2020, and a year later, she became licensed to practice law across all Texas state courts.
Ms. Markham is active within her legal community, maintaining memberships with the Montgomery County Bar Association and the Texas Bar College, and she is a certified guardianship attorney in Texas. Furthermore, she is fluent in Vietnamese, ensuring native speakers of the aforementioned language get the concise and clear communication she strives for.
