Alexis Andrea Elarba

At Hilliard Law, Alexis Andrea Elarba serves as a dedicated attorney focusing on personal injury cases in Texas. Hailing from the Flathead Indian Reservation in Western Montana and growing up in Corpus Christi, Texas, she infuses her legal practice with a unique and diverse perspective. Her rich experience encompasses a wide array of cases, from commercial motor vehicle incidents to premises liability, workplace injuries, wrongful death and traumatic brain injuries, making her a formidable ally in championing her clients' causes.

Throughout her career, Ms. Elarba has tackled numerous intricate cases, securing millions of dollars for those she represents. Proudly graduating from Texas A&M University–Corpus Christi in 2017, she advanced her studies at South Texas College of Law Houston, where she obtained her Juris Doctor and a mediation certificate in 2019.

Ms. Elarba joined the State Bar of Texas in 2020 and was admitted to practice in the United States District Courts for the Southern and Western Districts of Texas. Her legal journey began at the age of 17, and she quickly ascended through roles as a legal secretary, paralegal and case manager before becoming an attorney.

In 2020, Ms. Elarba took a courageous step to establish her own law firm, focusing on advocating for injured individuals throughout Texas. Now, at Hilliard Law, she continues her mission to represent those affected by others' negligence. Her commitment to justice and her clients has been the driving force behind her success in achieving significant recoveries. 

Beyond her legal work, Ms. Elarba actively participates in the American Bar Association, the Corpus Christi Bar Association, the Texas Center for Legal Ethics, the Texas Trial Lawyers Association and the Texas Young Lawyers Association.
