Kelsey Westermeyer

Kelsey Westermeyer dedicates her practice to being a fierce, compassionate advocate for personal injury victims and guides disabled clients through the complex Social Security Administration (SSA) proceedings, helping them secure the benefits they deserve. Working from her office at Hilliard Law in Petersburg, Kentucky, she is also part of the firm’s mass tort team. Today, she balances her personal injury work with managing the firm's hernia mesh docket and contributing to a major pharmaceutical drug docket.

Ms. Westermeyer earned her undergraduate degrees in political science and history from Asbury University before pursuing her law degree at Northern Kentucky University Salmon P. Chase College of Law. She received her Juris Doctor in 2016 and, in the following year, earned her license to practice in Kentucky. She now utilizes her extensive and rigorous training to provide exceptional and highly effective legal representation for all her clients.

Even before earning her degree, Ms. Westermeyer was on the front lines of advocacy, working as a paralegal trained in personal injury cases. Upon graduating, she seamlessly transitioned into her role as an attorney, tirelessly fighting for injured plaintiffs. By defending disabled people's rights before the SSA, she made sure those who were suffering greatly received the necessary assistance and justice.
