After completing his undergraduate studies in 1981 at Baylor University, Mr. Roach attended Baylor University School of Law, where he honed his legal acumen and strengthened his strong foundations in law. He received his Juris Doctor in 1984 and obtained his license to practice in Texas the same year. He is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Texas, the United States Courts of Appeals for the 5th and 10th Circuits and the Supreme Court of the United States.
