Adam N. Rieck

Mr. Rieck is a shareholder at Addison Law, one of the preeminent club and hospitality specialty law firms in the United States. He has extensive experience in the club and hospitality industries which includes portfolio and individual club and resort acquisitions and sales, operational advising and risk management, capital planning, financing, and nonprofit administration. As a skilled problem solver and an attorney focused on creating added value, Mr. Rieck prides himself on helping his club and resort clients successfully navigate through complex, high stakes situations and issues that develop with members, vendors, the broader communy, and their own financial circumstances and sources of capital.

Mr. Rieck additionally represents financial institutions and businesses in banking and trust/fiduciary services matters. He has been a long term advisor to Fortune 100 trust and wealth management division leadership, and is former General Counsel to a network of Texas banks where he represented and advised the group in all legal and regulatory matters. He is experienced in the formation and operation of private equity funds and charitable foundations. 

Mr. Rieck received his undergraduate degree from the University of Notre Dame. He graduated from the Texas Tech University School of Law and received his Masters in Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the Texas Tech Rawls College of Business. 

Mr. Rieck is a member of the U.S. Supreme Court Bar and the State Bar of Texas. He is a member of the Corporate and Real Estate Section of the State Bar of Texas and American Bar Association and is licensed to practice in the State of Texas.
