Andrew L. Payne

As a founding partner of the PayneMitchell Law Group in Dallas, Texas, attorney Andrew L. Payne devotes his practice solely to helping innocent accident victims and their families recover the damages and losses they sustained as the result of another party's negligence or wrongdoing.

After graduating from Texas Christian University in 1991, Mr. Payne attended Baylor Law School, where he obtained his Juris Doctor in 1994. He received his license to practice from the State Bar of Texas that same year, and he is also licensed to practice in Arkansas and Oklahoma. In addition to his practice, he currently serves as Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law Adjunct Professor of Products Liability.
