  • #MeToo, Part 2 (2021) - This paper was presented at the 28th Annual Labor and Employment Law Conference which is hosted by the University of Texas School of Law.  Due to COVID, the 2-day conference all presentations were done virtually rather than in Austin, TX.  I have served on the faculty for this conference since 2011 and this was my seventh time to present at the conference.
