Bill Blankenship

Bill Blankenship is an experienced trial lawyer who has tried over 70 jury trials as lead counsel.  He is AV Preeminent Rated through Martindale-Hubbell.  This is the top rating an attorney can receive from his peers, signifying the highest level of legal ability and ethical standards.  Bill is also a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA), an invitation only organization of trial lawyers from both sides of the bar who maintain the highest professional and ethical standards.  Additionally, Bill is Board Certified in Personal Injury Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.  Less than 3% of lawyers in Texas have earned this experience based certification.

While Bill's practice is mainly focused in the North Texas area, he has represented clients in both federal and state courts all over the nation.  Bill was appointed to the Plaintiffs’ Attorneys’ Executive Committee in the Cordis IVC Filter Consolidated Litigation (JCCP 4977 - Superior Court for the State of California), where he is one of six attorneys responsible for managing the consolidated proceeding of over 4500 filed cases.  He also practices in the United States Court of Federal Claims in Washington, D.C. and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.
