Mr. Caldwell earned the Dean’s Achievement Award in Patent Litigation at the University of Texas School of Law. Prior to law school, he completed his degree in electrical engineering from Texas A&M University, where he now serves as a member of the External Advisory & Development Council for the school's electrical engineering department. During an externship from Texas A&M, Mr. Caldwell earned multiple merit-based citations while working for a year as an electrical engineer at the Central Intelligence Agency, where he received top-secret security clearance.
