As managing partner at Sbaiti & Company PLLC in Dallas, Texas, Brad Robinson represents clients in high-stakes civil litigation. His practice includes business litigation, commercial and partnership disputes, securities and banking litigation, catastrophic injury, mass torts, creditors' rights and post-judgment collection, fraud and embezzlement, breach of contract and property damage. He leads the firm's catastrophic injury and wrongful death practice and successfully negotiated numerous multi-million dollar settlements on behalf of a teenage passenger who sustained a catastrophic spinal injury in a high-speed collision on the Dallas North Tollway and the parents of a child killed by a defective vehicle.
Mr. Robinson spent the first 12 years of his career defending Fortune 100 and other major companies in catastrophic-injury, complex commercial, and mass-tort matters. He has served as national and regional counsel for a variety of product manufacturers and sellers, including General Motors. He now applies the insight and strategies gained defending large corporations to advance the interests of his clients, leveraging an intimate understanding of corporate and insurance-defense practices to pursue creative, aggressive solutions in litigation and settlement.
A Dallas native, Mr. Robinson earned his undergraduate degree at The University of Texas at Austin and his J.D. from Baylor Law School. While at law school, he competed on the Administrative Law Moot Court team and litigated numerous mock trials; he later coached the AAJ National Champion Mock Trial Team and a National-Qualifying Client Counseling Team. Early in his legal career he served the Honorable Walter S. Smith, Jr., Chief Judge of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Texas, Waco Division.
Mr. Robinson contributed as an editor to the fourth edition of A Practical Guide to Texas Evidence: Objections, Responses, Rules, and Practice Commentary by Professor Gerald Powell. He is an active member of the Dallas Trial Lawyers Association, the Dallas Bar Association, the Texas Young Lawyers Association and the Dallas Association of Young Lawyers.
