She received her international and European law diploma in 2009 from the Jean Moulin University Lyon 3. She graduated with her Juris Doctor degree with honors from the University of Texas at Austin School of Law.

A former president of the Texas Young Lawyers Association, Ms. Harrison stays associated with many legal organizations such as the Dallas Bar Association’s Family Law Section, the State Bar of Texas’ Family Law Section and Collaborative Law Section, The Lloyd C. Lochridge American Inn of Court, the Austin Young Lawyers Association, the J.L. Turner Legal Association, the Travis County Women Lawyers’ Association and the Austin Black Lawyers Association.

Ms. Harrison has been included in the list of Woodward/White’s Best Lawyers in America: Ones to Watch, in the field of family law and the D Magazine’s Best Lawyers Under 40. She is the recipient of the Texas Young Lawyers Association’s President’s Award of Merit and Keith L. Krueger Leadership Award.
