Brittney Bramlett

Renowned for her experience in family law, Brittney Bramlett is a distinguished attorney based in Dallas, Texas. From the esteemed law firm of Duffee + Eitzen, she adeptly handles a diverse array of legal matters including divorce, post-decree modifications, child custody, grandparents’ rights, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, property division, adoptions and more.

Ms. Bramlett earned her Bachelor of Science degree in finance from the University of Colorado Boulder - Leeds School of Business in 2007. Following this, she pursued her master's degree in business administration at San Diego State University, graduating in 2009. In 2017, she obtained her Juris Doctor from Baylor University School of Law and was admitted to practice in Texas the same year. Her academic achievements are a testament to her dedication and commitment to excellence.

During law school, Ms. Bramlett gained valuable legal experience as a summer associate law clerk at a law firm and as an intern at the Texas 5th Court of Appeals. She then handled a wide range of legal issues at several other well-known law firms in the Dallas-Fort Worth area before joining Duffee + Eitzen in 2022.

When not advocating for the rights of families, Ms. Bramlett gives back to her legal community through her memberships in the Dallas Bar Association and the State Bar of Texas – Family Law Section.
