David is no stranger to facing situations of maximal complexity. A partner at Cunningham Swaim, LLP, in Dallas, Texas, he serves clients across the globe.
Mr. David completed his undergraduate studies in 1996, graduating with his Bachelor of Science degree in aviation science from Oklahoma State University. He went on to pursue legal studies at the Texas Tech University School of Law, where his shrewd legal acumen and talents shone through. During his time in law school, he was an articles editor for the Texas Tech Law Review, was an editor of the Texas Bank Lawyer newsletter, was awarded the Regents Scholarship, and was inducted into the Order of the Coif, among many other honors. He received his Juris Doctor magna cum laude in 2001, and is currently admitted to practice in the following states and courts:
