Buck Johnson

Buck Johnson is a solo practitioner based in Dallas, Texas. Focusing his practice  on criminal defense matters and nurse license defense, he provides representation to clients in the  Dallas Fort Worth metroplex and throughout Texas. Buck was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in  2004, and is also eligible to practice in the United States District Courts for the Northern, Eastern and Southern Districts of Texas.

Mr. Johnson represents persons accused of committing either misdemeanor or felony offenses. He has handled hundreds of cases including driving while intoxicated, drug possession, murder, burglary, assault, theft, sex crimes, robbery and weapons charges. Mr. Johnson has obtained favorable results for his clients including dismissals, acquittals and the negotiation of favorable plea bargain agreements with the prosecution. Born and raised in Dallas, Mr. Johnson attended  Jesuit College Preparatory School before graduating from Spring Hill College in Mobile, Alabama with a degree in history as well as an M.B.A.  He received his law degree from Texas Tech  in 2004. Prior to opening his own practice, Mr. Johnson served as an assistant district attorney in Dallas.
