Caleb Miller was still in law school when he decided he would use his career to fight for injured victims. While clerking for a plaintiff’s personal injury firm in Lubbock, Texas, he cultivated an unwavering passion for helping victims and families navigate some of the most difficult times in their lives. Since then, Mr. Miller has dedicated his professional career to advocating on behalf of the injured and the wronged and using his experience and legal knowledge to protect their rights when they needed it most.

Mr. Miller has tried numerous jury trials in counties throughout Texas, including Tarrant, Collin, and Dallas County. He assists clients to secure full and fair compensation in a range of matters involving car and truck accidents, serious injuries, and wrongful death. He has taken and defended in excess of 100 depositions and has argued and appeared at dozens of civil hearings. Both his clients and peers know him as a proven trial attorney who fights for what he believes in and has a strong passion for justice.

A native of Fresno, California, Mr. Miller attended Pepperdine University where he earned a degree in Political Science. He later attended Texas Tech University School of Law and was active in both inner school and national advocacy programs. He won the Advanced Mock Trial competition, serving on five national trial teams, being a two-time national champion, a national semi-finalist, and a regional champion. While attending law school, he was awarded five top oralist awards and was inducted into the National Order of Barristers, earning the Hall of Fame award for advocacy prior to graduation.
