In June of 2019, Casey joined the law firm of Cowles & Thompson, P.C. as a Shareholder.

For 40 years, Cowles & Thompson has been offering its clients legal representation across a broad spectrum of specialties. They have always worked as hard as they could and will continue to do so with the singular purpose of achieving their clients' goals. The firm’s core commitment in achieving those goals -- its philosophy, if you will -- is to do so with the utmost of professionalism. At Cowles & Thompson, professionalism means character, competence, commitment, and courtesy -- to their clients, to their employees, to their opposition, to their judges and to their community.

This philosophy, its core commitment, has allowed Cowles & Thompson to continue its growth, with offices now in both Dallas and Collin County, Texas.

With the core commitment guiding them, the firm has worked very hard to build a foundation of trust with its clients, focusing singularly on their needs and objectives in a cost-competitive way.  As a result, the firm has the honor of working with more than 60% of the Fortune 100 companies, in addition to serving local middle-market companies, start-ups, financial institutions, and individuals.

The firm’s experience speaks for itself and spans the practice area spectrum.  They have handled more than 500 appellate matters, 20,000 litigation matters, more than 2,000 business disputes, and 3,800 healthcare claims.  Cowles & Thompson attorneys have been involved in more than 1,000 bankruptcy proceedings involving some of the largest bankruptcies in U.S. history.  They have handled more than 500 legal malpractice matters and thousands of immigration cases.  Working tirelessly for its clients, Cowles & Thompson has been rewarded with the opportunity to gain in-depth experience in working with a multitude of industry participants, including leaders in their industries, in the aviation and energy markets, in transportation and manufacturing, real estate and retail, probate, employment, family law and the insurance industries.

In May of 2017, Casey joined the firm of Kessler Collins, P.C. as a Shareholder. Kessler Collins, P.C. is an established law firm located in the heart of downtown Dallas, Texas. The firm employs a team approach to every client's legal or business issue to ensure that our attorneys are always ready to address them promptly. Most of the attorneys have been practicing for more than twenty-five (25) years each and include board certified attorneys, attorneys who are members of the College of the State Bar of Texas, attorneys who have been named as among the best in their fields by rating groups and attorneys who have had real-life experience in the business world. Each attorney in the firm knows how to address every client’s issue quickly and professionally.
