Chad H. Davis

Chad H. Davis is the principal attorney at The Davis Law Firm, located in Dallas, Texas. Securing his license to practice in Texas in 2013, he seeks to provide dedicated representation to victims who have suffered due to the negligent and reckless actions of others. He represents the people of Texas in cases including car and truck crashes, pedestrian and cyclist crashes and first-party injury claims. 

Throughout his career, Mr. Davis has consistently demonstrated his passion for justice by securing substantial recoveries for individuals whose claims were contested or denied by insurance companies. His tireless pursuit of justice has been to ensure that the financial support rightfully owed to his clients is not withheld. He firmly believes in leaving no stone unturned and invests the time and effort needed to build the most compelling cases for his clients. When confronted by an equally adept opposing attorney, he tenaciously fights on until justice is served.

In his professional life, Mr. Davis places a strong emphasis on continually enhancing his legal knowledge and skills. He has a particular interest in studying the psyche of the jury and recognizing its pivotal role in the practice of law. Staying up to date with relevant appellate cases is another aspect of his commitment to providing his clients with quality legal representation. His commitment to the community extends to his role as a board member of his homeowners' association.

A certified Texas mediator, Mr. Davis completed his bachelor’s degree in finance from Texas A&M University in 2009, where he was also a part of the university’s Corps of Cadets. He joined the Texas Tech University School of Law to pursue his interest in law. Completing his Juris Doctor degree in 2012, he graduated with an American Jurisprudence Award for academic excellence. During his time in law school, he was also an active participant in the Jewish Law Students Association and the Texas Aggie Bar Association.
