Chad T. McLain is one of the founding partners of Flournoy McLain, P.C., a Dallas-based firm known across the state of Texas for its estate and trust administration services. With more than a decade of experience in this field, he has solidified his position as a highly regarded estate and trust litigation attorney within the state and, in the past two years, has played a pivotal role in establishing a stellar reputation for the firm as well.

Completing his Juris Doctor from the Texas A&M University School of Law in 2012, Mr. McLain graduated from the university magna cum laude in 2012. Right after that, he started his practice in Texas and is authorized to appear before the United States District Courts for the Eastern, Northern and Southern Districts of Texas. Since then, he has worked in multiple organizations across the state in varying capacities, including as an associate and a partner. Drawing upon his extensive wealth of experience, he decided to embark on a new endeavor and established his firm, Flournoy McLain, P.C., in January 2022.
Named among the Ones to Watch by the Best Lawyers, Mr. McLain was also listed as one of the Best Lawyers Under 40 by D Magazine. In addition to his daily legal work, he is also an active member of the Dallas Bar Association’s Probate, Trusts, and Estates Section and has held various positions here, including chair, vice chair and council member.
