- Wylie Teen Court Program, Wylie Municipal Court In August 2016, Charles helped establish the Wylie Teen Court. Teen Court is a specially designed court that hears certain Class C misdemeanor cases filed in the Wylie Municipal Court. Charles helped to teach and mentor volunteer high school students interested in becoming attorneys. He helped the students learn how to prosecute and defend cases, as well as explain the facts of the case to a panel of six Teen Court Jurors.
