Charles Siegel is the head of the appellate and qui tam whistleblower practices at Waters & Kraus, LLP. Charles has argued appeals in eight federal circuit courts, in the supreme courts of Texas and five other states, and in numerous intermediate state appellate courts around the country. He has also obtained a grant of certiorari and vacatur of a lower court result from the U.S. Supreme Court. Charles also represents whistleblowers who have reported fraud against the state and/or federal governments in a wide variety of settings. Some clients have been part of Department of Justice settlements against pharmaceutical companies. Charles is licensed in Texas and Pennsylvania.
