Mr. Knox holds a bachelor’s degree in history focusing on African American cultural studies from The University of Texas at Austin. He then obtained his Juris Doctor from the Texas A&M University School of Law (formerly known as Texas Wesleyan University School of Law). Following his service as a prosecutor at the Dallas County District Attorney’s office, he established the Knox Law Firm to defend people accused of crimes or facing investigations.
A dynamic part of the legal community, Mr. Knox belongs to the State Bar of Texas, the Dallas Bar Association, the Dallas Criminal Defense Lawyers Association, the Texas Criminal Defense Lawyers Association and the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. In addition to all state courts in Texas, he appears before the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas, the Eastern District of Texas, the Western District of Texas, and the Southern District of Texas.
