- Chris worked as trial counsel for Acantha LLP in the company's patent infringement claims against Johnson & Johnson subsidiary DePuy Synthes. Trial evidence showed that DePuy had infringed an Acantha patent covering an orthopedic implant assembly for surgical procedures. A unanimous jury in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin issued an $8.2 million verdict in favor of Acantha in August 2018.
