Licensed to practice in Texas, New York, and England, Chris serves a wide range of clients in both the U.S. and abroad. A highly rated attorney with over 10 years of business law experience, Chris has a strong background in the areas of business transactions, corporate governance, commercial financing, joint ventures, M&A, trademarks/copyrights, and large-scale, complex commercial transactions.
Chris earned a Bachelor of Arts in economics and obtained his J.D. from Columbia Law School. He completed the Oxford Institute of Legal Practice to qualify as an English solicitor and and also studied European Union law at Leiden University in The Netherlands and international economics at the University of Economics in Prague.
