As President and shareholder of his Dallas-based law firm, Ayres Law Office P.C., he focuses on civil trials and appeals, handling complex business law and catastrophic personal injury cases.
An attorney with an established track record of success, Mr. Ayres provides complete legal assistance in business and commercial litigation matters that involve breaches of contract, insurance and real estate disputes, partnership and shareholder issues, business torts, class actions, unfair competition, intellectual property (IP) issues and more. He also has recovered millions of dollars for victims of defective products, auto accidents, medical malpractice, premises accidents, and more.
In addition to being board-certified in civil trial advocacy by the National Board of Trial Advocacy, Mr. Ayres is certified as a specialist in civil trial law as well as personal injury law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization - where he has also served in appointed leadership roles. First admitted in Texas in 2002, he has capably litigated cases before the U.S. District Court for the Western, Eastern, Southern and Northern Districts of Texas; the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 5th Circuit; and the Supreme Court of the United States. His practice has also included handling matters in courts and arbitrations across the United States.

Concentrating on political science and public policy, Mr. Ayres completed his Bachelor of Arts degree in 2000 at Southern Methodist University, where he was a part of Phi Beta Kappa and the Golden Key International Honour Society. He completed his legal education at Baylor Law School in 2002. While there, he was inducted into the Order of Barristers, was a member of the inter-scholastic mock trial team, and served as the president of the Student Bar Association. He completed his certification as an emergency medical technician (EMT) at UT Southwestern Medical Center, where he know serves as an appointed member of the faculty.
