D. Carl Money

D. Carl Money is a partner at Nemeroff Law Firm, located in Dallas, Texas, where he represents individuals and families affected by asbestos-related diseases. With decades of legal experience, he focuses his practice on asbestos litigation, advocating for clients diagnosed with mesothelioma and other serious illnesses resulting from asbestos exposure. His work covers a range of asbestos-related matters, including cases involving pleural mesothelioma, peritoneal mesothelioma, asbestos cancer and exposure-related injuries.

Admitted to practice in Texas since 1994 and New York since 2004, Mr. Money is also admitted in Wales and England and before the Supreme Court of the United States. He remains active in the legal community through his memberships in the American Association for Justice, the Texas Trial Lawyers Association, the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers and the Pan European Organisation of Personal Injury Lawyers. He previously served as a board member of the Dallas Trial Lawyers Association and as a Board of Advocates member of the Texas Trial Lawyers Association.
