Daena Goldsmith Ramsey

Daena Goldsmith Ramsey offers legal services to people living in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex and throughout the entire state of Texas. She is also licensed in the state of Oklahoma.  Daena represents plaintiffs and defendants and focuses her practice on civil litigation, business litigation, premises liability, products defense, admiralty/maritime law, and appellate practice.

Ms. Ramsey graduated from Miami University with a Bachelor of Arts in 1982. She then went on to attend SMU Dedman School of Law, where she earned her law degree in 1988. 

Litigation involving companies is often lengthy and complex, especially cases involving product defect allegations. As a board-certified specialist in civil trial law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization, Ms. Ramsey understands how important it is to treat clients as team members throughout the legal process. She is committed to providing clients with personalized attention, regular updates on their legal matters, and the information they need to make informed decisions. Over the course of her career, Ms. Ramsey has built a reputation for her expertise and her litigation skills in handling a wide range of cases, and she has experience in handling businesses of all sizes. She has achieved successful outcomes for clients at the state and federal court levels, through negotiations and positive verdicts, and she has represented clients on both sides of the courtroom.

Ms. Ramsey is a member of several organizations. Her memberships include the Sports & Fitness Industry Association Legal Task Force, DRI - The Voice of the Defense Bar, and the Oklahoma Bar Association's civil procedure and evidence code committee.
