With 39 years of legal experience, Dana has evaluated and tried cases on both sides of the docket, providing a foundation for understanding the unique issues facing opposing parties in litigation. As an ADR specialist, she has mediated over 3,500 civil litigation matters and arbitrated construction defect and employment non-subscriber matters. Her experience extends to teaching and speaking about ADR and negotiation strategies.
Dana has advanced substantive knowledge and negotiation experience in Wrongful Death, Medical Malpractice, Construction Defect, Premises Liability, Sexual Assault, Breach of Contract, Deceptive Trade Practices and Insurance Coverage.
