Danae N. Benton

Currently serving as partner at The Cochran Firm Texas in Dallas, Texas, Danae N. Benton is a dedicated attorney assisting clients in matters of complex civil litigation. Before pursuing her legal career, Ms. Benton completed her bachelor’s degree in philosophy at Baylor University. Honing her litigation and advocacy skills at Cooley Law School, she received her Juris Doctor in 2012. In the same year, she was admitted to practice law in Texas. Additionally, she is licensed to appear before the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, the U.S. District Court for the Northern and Southern Districts of Florida, and the U.S. District Court for the Northern and Southern Districts of Texas.
