Mr. Venglarik received his bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Texas A&M University and earned his law degree from the University of Houston Law Center. He obtained his license to practice law in 1994, which qualified him to appear before all Texas state courts.

Mr. Venglarik is also eligible to appear before the U.S. district courts for the Northern, Southern, Eastern and Western Districts of Texas, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 5th Circuit and the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
