He is a member of the intellectual property law sections of the Dallas Bar Association, the State Bar of Texas and the American Bar Association and belongs to the American Intellectual Property Law Association, the Federal Circuit Bar Association and the International Trademark Association.
Mr. Venglarik received his bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Texas A&M University and earned his law degree from the University of Houston Law Center. He obtained his license to practice law in 1994, which qualified him to appear before all Texas state courts.
Mr. Venglarik is also eligible to appear before the U.S. district courts for the Northern, Southern, Eastern and Western Districts of Texas, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 5th Circuit and the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. Prior to joining Munck Wilson Mandala, he practiced as an attorney and served as a technical adviser at three Texas-based intellectual property law firms.
