Darren P. McDowell

Attorney Darren P. Among his most notable successes, he served as co-chair in a case against various equipment manufacturers and won a significant award for a plaintiff victim of testicular mesothelioma. A landmark verdict, it stands as one of the largest ever awarded in South Carolina for this kind of case, and it helped propel Mr. McDowell into the national spotlight as a leading litigator.
