Daryl J. Sinkule

Managing Member at Kilgore & Kilgore, PLLC, Daryl J. Sinkule represents clients in Dallas and Houston, Texas, and across the State of Texas, in legal issues related to employment law. Mr. Sinkule graduated from Texas A&M University in 1998 with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology before attending law school at the University of Houston Law Center. In 2002, he graduated with his Juris Doctor and is currently admitted to practice in all Texas courts. He is also admitted to practice before the U. S.  District Courts for the Northern, Southern, Eastern, and Western Districts of Texas and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.

An active member of the legal community, Mr. Sinkule is involved with many organizations including the Labor and Employment Law Sections of the Dallas Bar Association and the State Bar of Texas, as well as the national and DFW chapters of the National Employment Lawyers Association.
