Debbie Dudley Branson is a fourth-generation attorney and a key member of The Law Offices of Frank L. Branson. A respected and accomplished attorney with a long history in the Dallas area, Mrs. Branson focuses her practice on high-level litigation strategy in matters ranging from catastrophic personal injury to complex commercial litigation. Often working behind the scenes, she focuses on litigation strategies such as focus groups, attitudinal surveys, jury selection and debriefing, and witness preparation.

It’s Mrs. Branson’s long-held belief that attorneys have a duty and an obligation to be leaders in their communities. Over the course of her career, she’s been appointment to serve in various capacities at both the state and federal level. These include the Texas Judicial Council, the Select Committee on Rate and Policy Form Regulation, the Securities Investor Protection Corporation, and the Federal Aviation Management Advisory Council.

Mrs. Branson attended Arkansas State University, where she received a Bachelor of Science in Engineering. She later attended the University of Texas at Dallas, receiving a Master of Science, and the University of Arkansas, receiving her JD. She is licensed to practice in both Texas and Arkansas, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Texas, the United States District Court for the Western District of Arkansas, and the United States Supreme Court.
