Eleanor Aldous

Eleanor Aldous is a disciplined and determined trial attorney dedicated to creating lasting change in the lives of her clients. As a plaintiffs’ trial lawyer at Aldous \ Walker LLP, her practice focuses on catastrophic personal injury cases, including medical negligence, product liability, and sexual abuse. Known for her empathy and dynamic storytelling, Eleanor works tirelessly to seek justice for her clients, even against powerful adversaries.

A Dallas, Texas native, Eleanor’s commitment to helping others began early, shaped by her work with underserved communities through AmeriCorps and The Posse Foundation. After graduating summa cum laude from The George Washington University, she pursued her law degree at the University of Pennsylvania Law School. There, she honed her skills as a legal intern, research fellow, and advocate for indigent clients.

 Since beginning her legal career, she has contributed to the success of many high-stake cases, including the recent $71.95 million verdict obtained in a wrongful death case in Dallas County. She is a member of several organizations, including the Dallas Bar Association, Texas Trial Lawyers Association, and Dallas Trial Lawyers Association. Her accomplishments include being named to Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch 2025, National Trial Lawyers Association’s Top 40 Under 40, and Lawdragon 500 X – The Next Generation List 2024.
