Elizabeth Durso Branch is the founder and principal attorney at The Branch Law Firm, PLLC, in Rockwall, Texas. A family first law firm, she practices law with her son, and law partner, Ryan Branch. The Branch Law Firm, PLLC serves clients throughout Rockwall, Dallas, Collin and Hunt counties and the surrounding areas. Betsy maintains her office in Rockwall near the courthouse while Ryan maintains his office in the north Dallas area on Preston Road. The firm's clientele consists of individuals who have legal needs in the following areas of the law:

A highly-rated attorney in her 33rd year of practice, Ms. Branch holds the distinction of being the only woman lawyer in Rockwall certified in family law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. Trained in alternative dispute resolution, Ms. Branch strives to settle her clients' disputes and reach agreements without the need for court intervention; however, she will advocate strongly on behalf of her clients in court when necessary. Ms. Branch recently completed the Texas Family Code requirements to offer services as a Parent Facilitator or Parent Coordinator to parents in need. Ms. Branch also accepts appointments as an Amicus Attorney in disputed custody matters.

In all cases, Ms. Branch fights hard to protect the rights and best interests of her clients and their children. A 1987 graduate of Lamar University, Ms. Branch graduated in 1990 with a Juris Doctorate from Mississippi College School of Law and obtained her Texas law license later that year. She is a member of several professional legal organizations, including the Texas Academy of Family Law Specialists, The Annette Stewart American Inn of Court, the Rockwall County Bar Association, and the Dallas Bar Association. Ms. Branch is a former board member for Women in Need, Inc. and sits on the board of the Texas Pediatric Society Foundation.
