Eric Pinker

Eric Pinker has consistently been recognized as one of the top trial lawyers in Texas. He represents clients with passion and a single-minded focus on delivering outstanding results. Those results include multiple significant damage awards, monetary recoveries, nationwide permanent injunction awards (for patent holders), and successfully protecting defendants from numerous eight- and nine-figure claims.

Board certified in civil trial advocacy by the National Board of Trial Advocacy, Eric Pinker has extensive experience in representing clients throughout the country in a wide range of complex commercial and intellectual property disputes. That experience, along with careful planning and a keen focus on those issues likely to determine a case, has helped produce an unparalleled record of achievement. Mr. Pinker is also a sought-after speaker on a wide range of legal topics, including several recent presentations on jury selection and matters relating to the qualification and successful challenge of expert witnesses. He is also active in Bar and community service activities, including the Dallas Bar Association's Trial Skill Section (Board Member from 2003–2013), the Patrick Higginbotham Inn of Court (Barrister from 2003-2007), the Honorable Barbara M.G. Lynn American Inn of Court (founding Master from inception through the present) and the Jewish Federation of Greater Dallas (Board Member and Vice-Chair). He is married to Melanie Johnson Pinker and is the father of two girls. He received both his undergraduate degree in Plan II, cum laude, and his JD, cum laude, from The University of Texas at Austin.
