- Settled highly contested case set for jury trial on the eve of trial which involved division of half a billion dollar company where brothers had fraudulently transferred ownership of company prior to public sale in order to keep our client, wife, from obtaining proceeds during pendency of suit. Wife received very favorable settlement and avoided the pain to her children., 2024
- Obtained 50/50 possession and exclusive decision-making for CEO dad in a modification suit after previously having expanded standard possession., 2024
- Obtained unsupervised possession of children for our client CEO of multimillion dollar company after he was admitted to rehabilitation following multiple DWIs after proving his sobriety and commitment to the children in Court hearing., 2024
- Obtained confirmation of separate property of multimillion dollar landscaping company started before marriage but argued to be community property by Wife after a Motion for Summary Judgment hearing and mediation following. Our client, Husband, was able to keep the business and all business funds as his separate property., 2024
- Obtained 50/50 possession for client, Dad, who had previously had expanded standard possession of the children in settlement., 2024
- Obtained favorable settlement for client who had previously commingled separate property for tax purposes resulting in ambiguous characterization of property. Moved for the Court to uphold the Mexican premarital agreement resulting in opposing party agreeing to the validity of the premarital agreement and confirming her separate property., 2024
- Participated in 5-day jury trial on behalf of mom attempting to move back to Dallas County from Tarrant County to get away from abusive husband. Obtained favorable verdict in favor of Mom allowing her to move to Dallas County. , 2024
- Obtained favorable ruling from Ellis County court for prominent NFL player for long-distance possession of son when mother had attempted to limit and deny his possession., 2024
- Participated in trial dismissing Wife's claim for Texas jurisdiction against our client in Abu Dhabi resulting in successful defeat of wife's claim and dismissal of suit. Wife appealed, and we were called for oral argument to the Court of Appeals and also won in the Court of Appeals a year later., 2023
- Obtained 50/50 possession and no child support for our client, Dad, during a modification trial in Dallas County when he had previously had less than standard possession of the children pursuant to his decree. Further, obtained a judgment for attorney's fees of approximately $200,000 against opposing party for sanctionable conduct during trial., 2024
