He subsequently received his Master of Laws from the same institution in 1974. Admitted to practice in Texas, Mr. Branson is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern, Western and Northern Districts of Texas, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Arkansas, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 5th and 8th Circuits and the U.S. Supreme Court.

Mr. Branson has demonstrated a steadfast commitment to his plaintiff clients in cases related to utility accidents, dangerous products, transportation injuries, industrial accidents, premises liability, workplace injuries, medical malpractice and nursing home neglect. He also has considerable business litigation experience.
