H. Gene Burkett

Dedicated to helping those injured by the poor choices and/or negligence of another, Partner Gene Burkett is a personal injury attorney with Frenkel & Frenkel, L.L.P. Mr. Burkett attended Southern Methodist University, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration before moving on to law school. At St. Mary’s University School of Law, he graduated in 1994 with his Juris Doctor and was admitted to practice in Texas the same year.

A member of the Texas Bar College, Mr. Burkett is also an active member of the Tarrant County Bar Association, the Texas Trial Lawyers Association, the Dallas Trial Lawyers Association and the Dallas Bar Association. His volunteer experience extends to support Mothers Against Drunk Driving.  Mr. Burkett has been voted Best Lawyers in Dallas by his Peers seven years in a row.  Additionally, he has been voted a Top Attorney in Ft. Worth by his peers multiple years.
