Hannah Rector

Hannah Rector is an attorney at Hargrave Family Law in Dallas, Texas. Providing knowledgeable and sound counsel to her clients, she takes on all cases related to family law. She serves clients throughout the state of Texas with legal matters involving divorce, prenuptial agreements, cohabitation agreements, child custody and post-divorce modification.

Completing her high school from Nolan Catholic High School, Ms. Rector has a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the Texas Christian University. She obtained her Juris Doctor from the Georgetown University Law Center.

Ms. Rector has immense experience serving as a legal clerk and a legal intern at many prominent organizations. She also served in the immigration services department of the Catholic Charities Fort Worth. She served as a legal intern at the Legal Aid of Northwest Texas, a nonprofit organization providing free legal help to low-income people residing in Texas to ensure everyone has equal access to justice.

Ms. Rector is a member of the Family Law Section of the State Bar of Texas, Tarrant County Family Law Bar Association, the Family Law Section of the Dallas Bar Association and the Annette Stewart American Inn of Court. Active in giving to her community, Ms. Rector is affiliated with the Dallas Volunteer Attorney Program and US2UGANDA4life.

A member of the State Bar of Texas, Mr. Rector is licensed to practice throughout the state of Texas. Prior to joining Hargrave Family Law, Ms. Rector worked at some of the major law firms in Texas. For her work in the legal field, she has a “Very Good” rating on Avvo, accompanied by numerous testimonials from content clients and endorsements from peers.
