Harold L. Levy

From his eponymous law firm in Dallas, Texas, Harold L. Levy maintains consistency in his eminent representation across every case he takes on, striving to take on his clients’ legal burdens onto his own shoulders so that they can take care of themselves and their loved ones during this difficult time. Mr. Levy completed his undergraduate studies in 1980, graduating with his Bachelor of Business Administration degree in accounting from the McCombs School of Business and later returned to his alma mater to pursue his Master of Professional Accounting degree in taxation, earning it a year later. He went on to attend the Southern Methodist University School of Law, where he sharpened his shrewd legal acumen and talents through his close affiliation with the Southwestern Law Journal, working as a research editor. 

Prior to receiving his Juris Doctor in 1992, Mr. Levy was awarded the Ameritrust Texas, N.A., Award in estate planning and the American Jurisprudence Award in legal research and writing. The same year he graduated from law school, he obtained his license to practice law in Texas. 

A pillar of leadership within his legal community, Mr. Levy utilizes every tool in his legal arsenal to help his clients move past their legal challenges with grace and poise. For his many contributions, he has been peer-review rated AV Preeminent* through Martindale-Hubbell, the organization’s highest rating. He is board-certified in both estate planning and probate, and tax law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. He is also a member of the American Bar Association, the Dallas Bar Association, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Dallas Estate Planning Council.
