Ian Ross Phillips focuses his practice on litigation that pertains to contract disputes, employment matters, intellectual property disputes, as well as, related bankruptcy law revolving around the claims of unsecured creditors and litigation trusts. Prior to joining Cole Schotz as an associate, he clerked for the Honorable Paul D. Stickney in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas.
Ian graduated from SMU Dedman School of Law, where he served as the President of the International Law Review Association, Vice-Chair of the Board of Advocates, and was admitted in to the Order of Barristers.
