  • Co-lead trial counsel for Plaintiffs in a patent infringement lawsuit, Uniloc USA, Inc., et al. v. Electronic Arts, Inc., Case No. 6:13-CV-259-LED, in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas, Tyler Division.  After a five day trial, the jury returned a verdict in favor of Plaintiffs, finding the patent valid and infringed, and awarded $5 million in damages., 2014
  • Trial counsel for buyers of luxury condominium units in Hawaii in an arbitration proceeding against the developer of the project, asserting claims for breach of contract, deceptive acts and practices, and fraud.  Nguyen, et al. v. Verizon Communications, Inc., Case No. 3:10-CV-1842 in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas.  After a ten day bench trial, the court found that the spun-off company was solvent at the time of the transaction, and subsequently entered judgment against the plaintiff on all of its claims., 2012
