Jeffrey (Jeff) C. Wright

Jeff C. Wright is a partner with Fee, Smith & Sharp, LLP, in the firm's Dallas, Texas office.  In addition to its office in Dallas, FSSV has offices in Houston and Austin.  

Representing national and regional clients in a wide variety of litigation matters, Mr. Wright has successfully tried numerous cases to juries and to arbitrators, resulting in favorable verdicts for his clients. Mr. Wright's civil litigation practice includes nonsubscriber employer defense, commercial disputes, personal injury, construction defects, premises liability, business tort matters, employment issues, health law and insurance-related matters.

Regardless of the size of the issue, Mr. Wright approaches his clients' matters with a passionate and aggressive spirit while also striving to reach a resolution in the most efficient manner possible. Representative cases include his recent successful defenses of a national retail store, national restaurant chain, and national truck stop convenience store in lawsuits filed by employees alleging negligence in connection with work injuries. Not only is Mr. Wright is called upon by his clients to defend them when lawsuits are filed, but his clients also regularly consult with him on risk management issues in an effort to minimize claims and litigation.

After graduating from Southern Methodist University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in finance, Mr. Wright went on to attend St. Mary's University School of Law, where he received his Juris Doctor in 1998. While in law school, he served as an intern at the 4th Court of Appeals of Texas. Mr. Wright was associated with several litigation firms in the Dallas area prior to joining Fee, Smith & Sharp, LLP in 2016.

Mr. Wright is licensed to practice in Texas and before the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Southern, Eastern and Western Districts of Texas. He is a member of the State Bar of Texas and the Dallas Bar Association. He is also a registered member of the Cherokee Nation.
