Beginning her legal journey in Houston, Ms. Falk served as an Assistant District Attorney at the Harris County District Attorney’s Office from 2006 to 2015. Her passion for legal education led her to teach trial advocacy as an adjunct professor at South Texas College of Law Houston and to serve as a course instructor for the City of Houston’s Police Department.
In 2016, Ms. Falk transitioned to the Dallas County District Attorney’s Office where she honed her focus on sexual assault cases and managed felony prosecutions across nine district courts. Her meticulous attention to high-profile and sensitive cases, coupled with her collaborative efforts on office initiatives and attorney training, underscored her commitment to the field.
