Drawing from his extensive trial experience borne from his more than 30 years in practice, Mr. Selinger has a unique ability to get to the heart of the matter and discard irrelevant and ancillary issues in order to successfully litigate cases without wasting valuable time and resources.

A 1969 graduate of the State University of New York at Buffalo, Mr. Selinger earned his master's degree from Columbia University in 1971. He then attended George Washington University National Law Center, where he obtained his Juris Doctor in 1975. He is admitted to practice before all state and federal courts in Texas as well as before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 5th and Federal Circuits, and the U.S. Supreme Court.

Mr. Selinger is a former board member of the American Intellectual Property Law Association and current co-chair of the organization's Patentability Task Force. He has also served as chair for the association's Amicus Committee, patent litigation committee, special committee on PAC and its membership committee. He is also the former chair of the State Bar of Texas' Intellectual Property Law Section, and he has served in a number of leadership roles with the Dallas Bar Association.
