Leveraging a robust background of over 44 years in trial, Mr. Selinger possesses a remarkable knack for honing in on the critical aspects of legal cases, avoiding unrelated details and ensuring efficient litigation. He has prosecuted and defended more than 100 patent infringement claims, and he has acquired substantial settlements and verdicts for his clients, including a landmark $15 million judgment for an embattled patent owner. He has also obtained injunctive relief judgments and other favorable outcomes for those accused of patent infringement and successfully handled numerous appeals.

A 1969 graduate of the State University of New York at Buffalo, Mr. Selinger secured his master's degree from Columbia University in 1971. He then attended George Washington University Law School and attained his J.D. in 1975. He is admitted to practice before all state and federal courts in Texas, as well as before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 5th and Federal Circuits and the U.S. Supreme Court.

A former American Intellectual Property Law Association board member, Mr. Selinger co-chairs the organization's Patentability Task Force. He has also served as chair for the association's Amicus Committee, patent litigation committee, special committee on PAC and its membership committee. He is also the past chair of the Intellectual Property Law Section of the State Bar of Texas and has functioned in several leadership roles with the Dallas Bar Association.

Among his other professional affiliations, Mr. Selinger has been chair of the Dallas Bar Fellows and trustee for the Dallas Bar Foundation and The Kilby International Awards Foundation. He is also a member of the American Bar Association and the Federal Circuit Bar Association's Patent Litigation Committee and a master with The Honorable Barbara M.G. Lynn American Inn of Court.
